Enable the downloading of Failed Outbound Faxes
Right now, there is no download feature for failed outbound faxes. The download feature was there before (not now). Please add the feature back as it is very useful for us.
Yes we used this feature too. I contacted support to see why it was removed. They are trying to tell me that it is a new feature that I can request. But you have just confirmed that the download feature was there before. I can confirm it was working at the beginning of December. Something changed on their end that they will not admit to.
