Add a wait time for call queues between 1 minute and 30 seconds

We have out main call queue going between only two people. Not having any options between 1 minute of wait time and 30 seconds has caused us and our customers some issues.

When the phone rings for 1 minute our customers believe that there is an issue with the phone line and hang up before getting to the voicemail.

When our phones are ringing for a full minute when we are otherwise engaged causes a disruption to our workflow. We do not want to be on do not disturb because there are some calls we would answer.

If the calls are only ringing for 30 seconds, it is not enough time for us to pause whatever we are doing to answer the call.

With calls going to only two people, a time of 45 seconds would be much more helpful. That way it would ring each line 4 times and then go to voicemail.
