Multiple call handling as call queue member Merged

It would be beneficial to many of our customers if call queue agents have the ability to answer multiple incoming calls. If needed, they want to be able to put a queue call on hold and then answer an incoming queue call.

    The fact that this is impossible with RingCentral is baffling to me. Call Waiting existed for 30 years and once cloud based system comes into play, poof, it's like nobody has ever known we had this ability before.

    This feature would greatly expand small businesses who do not have many employees available to answer phones to answer MORE phone calls.

    One person should be able to answer multiple calls in a queue.

    Would love to see this feature implemented this year, but have already asked my team to evaluate alternatives to RC that offer this basic feature.
