When we are in a current RingCentral Video meeting, which is controlled through the RingCentral desktop application, automatically adjust presence to Do Not Disturb.
Currently, we must manually change to DND before entering a meeting and then turn it back off once completed.

This should be a default option. The fact that ring can alert so many devices at once is both great and numbing. Please give us actual control over this function.
This functionality should be default but it isn't. I understand the challenge when RC had separate apps for each service, but now with the unified app there should only be one video/phone call allowed at a time and any new callers should go straight to voicemail.
It would be nice if the 'in a meeting' presence that is triggered by a connected calendar had similar system/notification settings to DND by default AND/OR that you could customize what a presence triggered, when using MVP/desktop RC app. It looks like creating a custom presence is an option in Engage.
Our CS Team are struggingly with the lack of this feature as well. If the system can set "Busy" then there should also be an option on the user or company wide to set DND when on a meeting.
Yes, or at least allow each user to chose this as a preference. There have been other UCaaS that have this feature. It is terrible how calls come in while on video.
