If this is the only place that we can see real time status and availability this needs to be expanded past the 100 user cap. I am sure there are many RC customers out there that have more than 100 users. Honestly the HUD capability should just simply be built in to company contacts. There should not be a reason to look in both places for this information.
Thanks for this idea. For numbers exceeding the max of 100, we recommend exploring Contact Center as an option.
This may be a better option to accommodate phone-heavy companies.
