Ability to view/listen/delete voicemails left in a call Call Queue from both RC app and web interface.
HOW IS THIS NOT ALREADY A FEATURE IN RINGCENTRAL?!?! THIS IS A KEY FEATURE IN 8X8. PEOPLE IN A CALL QUE SHOULD HAVE ACCESS TO ALL THE VOICEMAILS LEFT IN THAT CALL QUE. AND THE ABILITY TO SEE WHICH ONES HAVE ALREADY BEEN READ. This is to prevent two people working the same voicemail. I am stunned this is not already a feature in the app. Hopefully this gets fixed soon.
Agree with Joseph. Seems like this would be a standard feature
Members of the call queue should have access to the call queue voicemail thru their RingCentral app since a lot of voicemail is not being attended which may result in losing business.
