Currently, when automatic call recording is enabled, all internal calls between staff are recorded. This includes casual conversations about mundane topics, as well as potentially sensitive discussions. While external calls allow users to press *9 to mute the recording during sensitive conversations, this feature is not available for internal calls.
We understand the importance of maintaining confidentiality and privacy within our organization, and believe that the ability to mute internal call recordings is essential in achieving this. We strongly urge the implementation of this feature, as it will allow our staff to discuss sensitive or confidential information with the peace of mind that their discussions will remain private.
