Add more than 15 mins wait time in call queue. This will allow the callers to stay on queue instead of calling back again.

Agree 100% - 15 minutes is way too short.
I also submitted this idea today.
We are not able to switch to "RC Contact Center", so the 15 min wait times needs to be implemented in the regular RC portal.
This would be a big deal for us.
I cannot stress enough the importance of having a longer wait time for customers in queue. Can this be extended to 30 mins? 15 mins is too short and we are losing customers!
please do this asap, i am considering moving my company away, we had loads of missed calls this week because of this issue. Thanks
