I have a call-in talk show. Every time I'm "on a call" and other callers ring in, when I click (ANSWER AND HOLD) it puts the "active" caller on hold rather than the new callers. This is a big problem on my side. Please help!
I am a software developer. I can tell from the way the system works, that the technology is already embedded in the current RingCentral product. As such it is a simple addition. It would make it much easier for me to recommend the product to hosts doing what I am doing. Ring Central, this addition can be handled in a day. I am willing to test it out in real time.
Yes I have been having the same problem. As soon as someone else calls in when I'm already on another call, it puts the current call on hold. Definitely frustrating when you have multiple calls coming in at once.
