Just like message recipient for routing voicemail to a specific extension, I encounter a customer who would like to route the SMS (text) from a specific number to an extension
We have two people that work opposite shifts who take incoming calls to the buisness line. When a new lead comes in, we also recieve a text with their info. Currently only one person has the ability to receives and sends texts that come into the business line.
We really need both people to have access to texts that come into the business line. That would be a huge help.
I'm in great need of this service. I wish for my operator and myself to have the capability of sending out and receiving text messages from the main office telephone number.

Forwarding calls when someone is out of office is very helpful. Why can we not forward text messages? It seems like call forwarding is only half way helpful if we can't forward texts. Please make it happen.

We get codes sent by text to our main office number. If the team member who receives them is out of the office, no one can retrieve them. It would be nice to have the availability to designate more than one extension to receive these messages
