Presence Key on Polycom VVX phones should show DND "Red" status Merged
When a user puts their phone on DND - other users on the system should get a solid "Red" presence key to show that user is not available. Is this something RingCentral can fix or add as a standard presence feature?
Yes please! This is a very useful feature and I had a client asking about it today and was disappointed to find out that it did not exist.
