Enable Shared Screen to fill the Entire RC App or Browser Window
Participants are not able to expand the shared screen to fill the entire space of their browser or RC App window. A one-inch dark space is filling the perimeter of the viewing window making it difficult to clearly view the shared screen.
We've had to stop using RingCentral video for our software developers because the bar around the perimeter squishes the vertical picture. It keeps us from being able to distinguish the difference between colons and semi-colons or commas and periods during code reviews.
It's bad enough that we'll likely look for other products that handle this better (like Zoom).
Needs to be able to support lossless 4k video sharing.
