Please create a feature in the admin portal to block specific numbers from calling all company and user phone numbers, along with SMS/Fax. Currently having to do so user by user is extremely time consuming and put our company at risk when scammers are calling all of our employees hoping one will fall for the scam. These protocols need quickly added and operational.

I spoke with support today and it sounds like the only way to accomplish this is by adding the number to the Super Admin's list of blocked numbers. While this works, it is not intuitive and I think would be better suited as a stand alone section of the UI.
This may block calls, but I don't believe this blocks SMS text messages. Can you confirm? Is this idea suggestion also the same as blocking text messages to call queue group direct numbers? If so, then we need this feature!
I've been able to block specific numbers company-wide by blocking it by call group rather than individual extensions. Granted, this can still be time consuming if one has many call groups, but it still beats blocking it on each extension. Admin > Groups > Call Queues > select Queue > Greeting and Hold Music > Blocked Calls > enter number to be blocked, and save. Rinse and repeat!
I just called RingCentral support-premier support agent told me this option isn't available-there is no way to block a number for every user in the admin portal without the user or the admin going to every single extension on the account and adding the number into the personal extension under blocked calls.

I've even created a blocked calls rule at our Auto receptionist area but it only blocks the numbers I put in for our main company number.
Log into the management site. Go to call logs. Select the phone number in question and choose block.
Jenn - I just recently switched to Ring Central and was surprised this wasn't easily supported.
In our case the Company Super Admin Extension is my Director who signed our contract.
He is not about to do this on a regular basis. I'm also a Super Admin as MIS for the company, but I'm not the System Extension.
Perhaps you can clarify if "I" can do this?
It would be much simpler if the Admin Panel just allowed a list of blocked numbers to disconnect on CLID.

This is an existing feature. Here are the details below:
• When Users block a number, it is only applied to the extension where they are logged in.
• If the Super Admin blocks a number while logged in to the System Extension (the main extension of the account not just the super admin role), it is applied to all extensions in the account.
• It means that the number is blocked from calling any number associated with the account.
