Staff want a different ring tone for external calls verses internal calls.

They answer external calls during set hours, but answer internal calls at all times.

    This is a very rudimentary phone feature that has been available on PBX phone systems for decades. I was surprised and chagrined to find that RingCentral has not made this feature available.


I'd like to be able to assign a different ring tone for internal callers versus external callers

Everyone would benefit. Employees would know if the call was internal or external just by the ringtone.
