Sync Desktop Contacts with Cell Phone App Contacts

Currently My desktop App Contacts do not sync with my mobile app contacts despite using the same login information.

If I am unable to be in the office I cannot access my clients numbers from my cellphone app. And who wants to type in all that information twice
