Some users have asked for the ability to change the Call Park hold sound (currently set to typical ringing) to instead be music or a personalized audio message. This would greatly increase the chances of someone sticking around to complete their call when parked, as some people associate constant ringing with a failed transfer.

While you can change Call Park audio for Premium and up plans by altering hold music, there is not a way to change the audio just for a specific call park location. E.g. If my Hold Music sound is "Acoustic" then when I park calls it will always be "Acoustic". For workflows where I want the call park sound to be different than the hold music audio, this is not a solution.
Also, as alluded to, Standard/Essentials plans do not have access to change Call Park audio at all based on my testing.

Isn't this a normal setting in the Admin Panel? I can change the Hold Music in the user settings under Screening, Greeting & Hold Music and set it to Music instead of ringtone.
I know this would help keep me on the line if I were parked!
I think this would really help people staying while they are parked.
