Fix your crappy TCR submissions and customer service rep training.

I have been trying to get TCR approved for 2 months now. All the customer support people are worthless and a bunch of bozos. How does no one knows what is going on or how to fix my TCR problem. I am new to Ringcentral and by far the worst expericance from any company.
