Enabling HOLD once you hit the TRANSFER button on the mobile app

It would be useful if HOLD was enabled automatically when you hit the TRANSFER button on the mobile app. Right now, hitting the transfer button only brings up the directory, but the caller can still hear background noises while the user is trying to find the person to transfer the call to.

    Totally agree. We always select 'ask first' so it feels like double handling to first place them on hold before then selecting transfer. Even more so since the hold button is now in a sub menu instead of being one of the immediate options on the softphone pop-up. Video and Audio are two options I've never used yet I use Hold and Transfer constantly but have to extra click to get to them. Really annoying!
