Text Notification to use a different ringer source rather than the default voice

We have customer's requesting to separate the ringer source for Text notifications giving them the capability to continue using the headset and when stepping away from desk will still hear the PC speaker ringing using a customize ringtone.

This applies to all RC app platform as the by default it always use the audio output selected to use the headset.

Example:

Audio output for voice -using Headset

Text Notification audio output -set to speaker.

Result: Loud ringtone for Txt messaging while keeping the headset use the audio outpu

Expectation: Both audio output should work independently.
