Retain Caller Name when Exporting an LOB Analytics Widget
As it stands currently, when downloading an LOB Analytics widget or a full dashboard as an excel spreadsheet, the Caller Name, which is displayed in the dashboard widget is being omitted from the spreadsheet. This makes the report significantly less useful, can we please make it possible to not omit those names so that they display in the spreadsheet? This would be a huge improvement.

Certainly! Here, we have an FOB Analytics widget that, within the platform, we're seeing the name of the support consultant that placed the call. But when we download the data to analyze, the name of the caller is omitted and it shows only the phone number. So that's what I mean when I say "retain the caller name" it would make the data so much easier to work with.

Can you please provide an example of the name being omitted between the excel report and the dashboard? The exported report should be the same report as what's seen in the application.
