One of my customers would like the ability to customize the system-generated email notifications that are sent to users when they receive a voicemail or fax or SMS message. Ideally, they could customize the branding and remove the RingCentral advertising and footer information.

To meet requirements for HIPAA RingCentral customers and those that are not, we need a notification editor that uses templates that we have full control over. These templates should use variables so we can modify the notifications to meet our company's specific needs. This would allow those with HIPAA requirements to remove PII while other companies can include the details they need to be more efficient.
In my particular case we need to streamline the existing voicemail notifications and add text codes to allow our Service Desk system to better handle incoming tickets created by the email notifications. For example, we absolutely DO NOT want our users trying to install the RingCentral application (IT takes care of that for them). However, every voicemail notification email tells them to install it ("Work from anywhere with the RingCentral app. It's got everything you need to stay connected: team messaging, video meetings and phone - all in one app. Get started").
Related but different, I have an issue with the notifications being too long:

Would love the ability to customize the subject line for voicemails. So we can add the queue the voicemail was left for in the subject instead of the body (our current ticket system only parses information in the subject line)
This is not possible today but you can customize Email notifications that are sent to when a user is being added / invited to the RingCentral System. This can be done by going to the Admin portal > More> Account Settings > Appearance > Email Notifications
