I understand these features are available on the desktop and mobile apps but having these features available on hard phones is vital to those of us that are listening to call queue voicemails - which can only be accessed via a hard phone (that I know of, at least). Our employees are having to waste time replaying entire messages way too often.
Please add a rewind and back up feature. For modern day technology not to do this is absurd and archaic
