Accept Queue Calls Notification Bar Merged

When "Do Not Disturb" is turned on, the RC desktop app shows a notification bar across the top of the program indicating that feature is on. There should be a similar notification bar for when "Accept Queue Calls" is turned off.
(end users are forgetting when they turn this off for a period of time, and then spend the whole day with queue calls off)
