Minimized At Startup

This has other ideas already submitted, but they're all old and it still hasn't been added.

Most programs with an autostart at boot feature allow the user to set it to open minimized to the tray. This has been a requested feature for years and it still hasn't been implemented, which is a grand disappointment. Although a mere annoyance, I dislike having to wait for RC to load before I can close it to the taskbar every time I log into my computer. Such a basic feature should have been available at launch and it's high time it was added.
