If a user is busy and if he gets a second call then a caller should hear a message saying the person is busy on another call
caller should hear this - Unfortunately, line is busy at the moment.
The other option, which is not available, is to have add an option "if busy" forward to. This will then allow the user to forward the 2nd call to a destination of their choice, ie Voicemail, Queue, another extension.
