Ability to block a guest with out blocking their entire domain

I need the ability to block a guest with out blocking their entire domain. As is, blocking the guest auto blocks the domain and kicks any other guest from that domain out as well. Unblocking the domain brings all of those guests right back in. Please give me the ability to just block one guest.

    And while you're thinking about it:

    • The ability for ALL super admins to see that list of people blocked, and be able to add/edit/delete.

    • To have the block be RC account wide - not just the single user.

    • The ability for the super admin to see/edit/delete a users block list.

    • The logic that if the record is deleted, that the External Guest will need to be added back in to various Teams or conversations. ie: not an automatic re-add back to whichever users had them.
