So a better example:

I have extensions that trigger alarms, and notification bells that specific customers only have the phone number /ext for. Currently all my curious users call these extension numbers to see what they are and end up triggering alarms that we end up dispatching emergency staff to a customer site - and then look stupid and cannot charge for it because it was not triggered by the customer.
