Hey,
at the moment if you want to add a person to a CQ you have to go manually into the CQ and add the user.
I would suggest to do it the otherway around.
go into the user-profile and add the user to all selected CQ's
it saves a lot of time when you need to add 1 person to 30+ CQ's
