Currently, there is only 5 people maximum that can get a notification via text when a missed call, voicemail, or fax comes through.
I want all of my users to be text notified when there is a left voicemail or missed call to ensure maximum visibility to our support desk.
The 5 SMS limitation is too low. In combination with the 200 characters email address for the notification, this creating issues in workgroup environment where users has different schedules and location that needs to be informed.
