Voicemail Metrics

Need a metric on how many calls go to voicemail and what time of day they are going to voicemail. This will help determine staffing.

    Hi Megan,

    Have you tried creating a widget report to Analyze voicemail metrics on LOB Analytics? Our reporting should allow you to show the total number of calls going to Voicemail along with when peak times occur across your organization or queues.
