Can you add completed calls to Performance Reports?

LOB Analytics and Performance Reports have similar KPIs. It would be beneficial to have completed calls in Performance Reports to show how many calls were completed instead of transferred.

    Hi Stephanie,

    Please look for a calendar invite and email from outlook regarding a meeting time. I've reached out a few times and was unable to get a response.

    Lob Analytics is our next gen offering of Performance reports, one of the added features is a more complete set of call filters and categorization such as completed calls.
