One-time Large Meeting/Webinar License

It would be great to have the option to pay for a one-time large meeting or large webinar license. Rarely does my company need to host a meeting with up to 1000 participants, but occasionally we do. Paying monthly for a license we may only use a few times a year is costly and unnecessary, so a one-time payment for one meeting at a time would be awesome.

Example: you go on the admin portal to the Webinar/Meetings in Billing and have the option to assign a user a one-time license for 1000. The one-time payment is reflected in your next bill. The user you assign will see the license on their account and will be able to schedule the single meeting/webinar.
