In the app, incoming calls only show a phone number for caller ID, no name appears. A basic request, I'm surprised it's not available.

Please cancel this idea. Contrary to what I was told previously, my caller ID is working properly. When I called about this I was told that the error was with the other carriers. What is was that my number hadn't been ported yet. As soon as it ported over caller ID behaved as it should.
