Allow patients to select option to continue communication in text

In Ringrx I could have the patient select a numbe, eg 2, to continue via text. They would get a text message and could continue to communicate with us. Seems like a basic feature and dissappointed I paid for a year and can't access that feature. Is it on the roadmap?
