We use Ring Central to train remotely and when we had Ring Central Meetings, the annotation tools were extremely helpful for participant learning and engagement and now with Ring Central Video, there is only one choice for annotating on the screen and it is not helpful or engaging at all. Please add all the annotation tools that Meetings had to Video.
Specifically the feature to have annotations be permanent and to save/download a file with the new annotations was specially helpful for our team.
