I am a developer and I would like to embed RingCentral Video capabilities into the mobile app (or web app) produced by my company so that I can create real-time, high-touch customer service and support experiences.
For example, I am a service provider (e.g. electrician, plumber) that would like to tour someone's home to help assess a job I want to bid on. In the COVID world, I want to do this in a touchless way. So I have built an app that lets a potential customer schedule time with me, and then have an online video call with them as well. The video call would take place inside of my app, and be wrapped in my branding. Also, the video would be recorded and stored automatically in my CRM.
The feature here refers to the idea that RingCentral would make an SDK available for developers to make embedding the RCV experience inside of an app.
