Record of all actions per contact

It would be useful to have a record of all actions that take place for each contact. For instance: Date - outbound call @1:33pm - No Answer, sent text message @ 1:36pm (and what the text was). Or, Contact, date - conference call (the recording file attached), attendees, etc.

    Another example of this could be (under the contact it's for) outbound call @ 2:41pm - (attached call recording file). Adding a Notes feature if wanting to add key topics about the call, or listing of appointments set or meeting times, etc.
