Inbox vs. Phone Icon on Desktop App

If I'm looking to use my phone or anything else related to it like voice mail, voice mail transcriptions, contacts,.... I don't want yet another button called "Inbox" to click on. Have everything related to the Phone, under the Phone Icon button would be my suggestion. The app is way too busy in my opinion. I'd also like to be able to get RID of icons and features like HUD etc that I don't use.

    Hey Ken, thanks for the comment. Hope this helps. If you navigate to Settings and then Customize Tabs, go ahead and turn off "Unified Inbox". Once you do that, your RC App left navigation bar will look very similar to what you were used to. Also, in the Customize Tabs page, you'll have a lot of flexibility to choose what's in Phone, or individual tabs. And, you can hide HUD and some others.
