Allow users to record snippets of calls

Allow users to record snippets of calls. If we turn on that ALL calls are recorded, it removes ability for agent to record snippets.

    I cannot respond via the View Idea button below because its demanding that I create an account. Here is my response:

    One example is: Sometimes our agent is speaking to a customer and needs to record the customer giving us permission to pull their credit. We want to save only the portion of the phone call where the customer agrees to have their credit pulled so that we can provide that to the credit agency where we are pulling credit from. We are using ring centrals primary app (not ring central phone nor classic)

    Can you please expand on this use case? In what scenarios do you need only specific information recorded instead of the whole call?

Ability to only record single leg of Call

We often need to record our Agents making calls, but due to the nature of the calls, we do not need to record the Participant leg. As such, we would like to have the ability to only record one leg of the call
