We would like the ability to check voicemail on multiple extensions without having to log out of one extension on the mobile app and login to the other extension. Example: We have a non-urgent voicemail box Extension 801 for appointment requests that has its own notification settings, and an emergency extension 802 for urgent needs that has notification settings that will page our veterinarians on-call to get a quick response. When we are in the field working, we typically stay logged into our appointment request line so our technicians can call and schedule those, but when an emergency comes in, we have to logout of the app and back in under extension 802 to hear the voicemail.

This feature would also be very helpful for allowing multiple users, such as Call Queue members, access to the Call Queue voicemail. Currently, to listen to Call Queue voicemails, users must log out of their own extension accounts and log into the Call Queue extension account. This is a particular problem for HIPAA-enabled customers who are not able to receive Call Queue voicemails via email (because HIPAA settings remove the actual playable voicemail from the email such that it is only an email notification with no voicemail content included).
