Set user to accept group calls or not remotely

Would be nice if you could overwrite a users setting for accepting group calls or not remotely on their behalf

    We have not interested in subscribing to contact center, but still have a significant need for this enhancement.

    would be good to be able to do this via the administrative console or a user to do this via the front end user interface please

    Is this a request for the Administrative console of RingCentral or for the Developer Platform/API? In other words, would you like to be able to make this change via a front-end user interface, or programmatically via the API?

    This small enhancement would be hugely beneficial for our Client Services team. As the manager of the group, it would be really nice to toggle allow queue calls for the members of my team and their various call queues.

    Totally agree. Right now, we have to remove users from the queue completely if they go on vacation and forget to toggle off "accept queue calls." This is feature I'd love to see added!
