| Benefit of such feature | We use a hosted Microsoft office suite that cannot integrate with RingCentral (due to the hosted system setup, not a RingCentral issue). This makes it awkward when the video scheduler wants to put it on an external calendar. At the moment I will have to create an additional Google calendar as a go between so that I can make the meeting and then copy the meeting details and paste them into our mail program. It would be easier if I could just make the vidoe meeting, not have it show up on an external calendar and simply copy and paste the details. The external calendar is just a bothersome extra step for us. |
