Would like to add a feature to see the caller ID name of user extensions end not just on call queue's end.
We cannot provide excellent customer service without this. Either we blind transfer calls to peoples voicemails or we are unable to call back customers. This is a much needed feature!
Agreed. We have two main numbers but of course the way that RC is setup only one of them is considered the "primary". We had a call queue setup and liked that it showed the callers number, as well as the number they dialed as it helped us answer and route the call accordingly. What we didn't like was that the queue members couldn't see other calls coming in while they were on a call, so we've changed it to direct all calls to one reception desk. However, in doing so we now cannot see the number that they called in on.
