we have backup number who can answer phone calls if all members are busy in the queue, and that backup number uses the platform where call stays on hold and no ability to press 1, it connect directly without pressing 1. its problem at this moment. Please add option never play announcement on call queue.

Answering service cannot press 1 to accept call. When call is forwarded to a cell phone or answering service, a message states "Company Name", Press 1 to accept call, Press 2 to decline call. This renders the answering service useless as they can not press 1 or 2
Our call answering service cannot receive calls when the announcement is played, need to be able to disable the announcement on call queues when sending a call off to a third party
Yes, please give the option to never play an announcement on call queue. Most phone systems do not do this by default so seems odd it is on not only by default but that you cannot turn it off at all.
in call Queue, we should be able to disable playing announcement on Non RC numbers, because Virtual reception service does not have capability to press 1 to accept the call.

you are right but it's available on user extensions only, this feature request was for QUEUEs, it's not available in QUEUES. Thanks
