Remove the option to change outbound Caller id on App

Please allow admin to restrict users in changing their outbound caller using App. We can create a custom role to restrict outbound caller id but is only applicable on admin portal and they are still able to change it using the app.

Benefit of such feature Can avoid using unnecessary OB caller ID

    In Custom Roles, turning off User Settings >> Outbound CallerID prevents a user from being able to change their CallerID.

    Absolutely agree with _"The ability for a user to change their outbound caller ID should always be the responsibility of the system admins. We need a user setting that we can enable or disable a user the ability to change their outbound caller ID."_

    I agree. We would like to remove the option to change Outbound caller ID on app. It used to only show direct number and main company number and doesn't show the rest of the company numbers which are unassigned..

There should be an option to turn off the agent's ability to call from a number that is attached to an inbound queue.
