Perfect Voicemail Merged

Please make a feature, so I can lead a pre recorded voicemail when a prospect does not answer the phone.

Typically, with other providers, I have been able to pre record 5-20 voicemails, and drop them when someone does not answer. I just called in and learned that Ring Central does not have that functionality.

I’m with LifeWork Search an MRI recruiting franchisee and a RingCentral customer in MA.

We currently use PC Recruiter as our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for clients and candidates, and Ring Central (RC) as our VOIP provider. Based upon the API between Ring Center and PCR we are able to leverage click to dial for all of our calls.

As executive recruiters, we make upwards of 75+ calls per day, many of which go into a client or candidate’s vm.

We are looking for a software system that would allow us to make outgoing calls and ….

If the call goes thru, we continue with our presentation to the recipient.

If the call goes to VM we would like to do the following:

1- Begin to leave a message like “Hello John (the first name of the contact we’re calling in order to personalize the vm) …

2- We would like to then hit a button and continue the VM with a pre-recorded message and move on to our next call while RC is leaving the pre-recorded vm to the previous called recipient.

This feature would be beneficial to ALL RingCentral customers who make sales calls daily.
