Whenever there's a new user, the admin will need to configure the intercom and presence one by one. IT will be helpful to just apply a template for it.

We definitely need the ability of setting Intercom via User Template. That would save us precious time.
I don't see how anyone at RingCentral could've tested this proess and concluded that this was acceptable.
This is easily my biggest headache when adding new users. I wish there was a system-wide setting that would enable intercom use for all users to all users. It's a huge waste of time to go to each user individually to enable a new user to call them via intercom.
