Conference Calling: Disable/Change hold music on conference calls.

Please allow this. Not a single person at my law firm wants to have music on the conference lines. They would rather listen to silence. Also, if you are conference calling someone into the conference room the hold music continues to play because it assumes you're 1 person.. Simply allow us to TURN OFF the music for Conference Rooms please.

This hold music feature on conference calls is one of the most obtuse features of any of my software. It's disruptive to the work environment and communications. Beyond that, if you use meetings as much as I do, that same tune begins to grate at you after a week or so. And I'm 7 months in.

Please enable the ability to CHANGE and DISABLE the hold music for conference calling.

I have been assigned a ticket with this issue. Employees do not want to listen to hold music while waiting on a conference line. Please implement the phone music settings on the conference call settings.

The mobile app has the feature to record audio with no HOLD music. Please update the phone settings to REMOVE HOLD music. Make the app and phone with same functionality.

I am a podcaster. I used a previous service provider to record podcast episodes. without HOLD music. RingCentral's system does not allow a single caller to record audio without HOLD music playing in the background. My workaround until RingCentral decides to make change is call into the conference as a participant to SILENCE the HOLD music.

Can we add to this that we would like the option to disable hold when conferencing in other numbers?
