I'd like to be able to schedule SMS/text messages in the future. Is there a way to do this in RC Desktop or via Office 365 or Google or a smartphone?

    This should be a top priority. It certainly is a popular request, I was able to find requests for this topic from Aug 14 2018 at 3:52 PM. IT department FTW lets go you can do it!

    Yes please! I would use this ALL THE TIME! I'm a west coast night owl with clients on the east coast and constantly having to set reminders to send messages later. This would be so good!

    PLEASE add this feature. With more people working from home and at odd hours, it would be so helpful. I get up at 5am to get a headstart because once my day starts I can't keep up with the volume of communication. I currently have to write the texts and then make myself reminders of when to send them based on time zones I'm sending to.

    Oh how I would love this! Could schedule confirmation text to my technicians and since I have them in EVERY timezone across the Nation it would save ME TOTALLY. Text 24 hours ahead of their assignment requestion confirmation of time on site and then update the Customer - YES PLEASE.

    The delayed texts feature is quite important for our virtual and remote teams. Particularly, when various time zones are involved. Please prioritize the delayed texts feature. Regards, Ivan

Schedule when a text message will be sent

We frequently deal with family members in different time zones and even different countries. So we don't want to send a message during our business hours and wake people up. Then they can respond during their day time hours.
