Being limited to sending Group Voicemails to an email only, should be updated to allow for sending Group Voicemails to Multiple extensions. Some users may not have access to email when in remote locations such as mines.

Hi everyone, happy to say this feature, https://support.ringcentral.com/article/Shared-Voicemail-Feature.html, is being extended to call queues in Summer 2022.
Likewise, it should be possible to send Call Queue voicemail to the extensions of multiple Call Queue members or to give Call Queue members access not only to their own voicemail, but also to the Call Queue voicemail without having to log out of their own extension and log back in as the Call Queue extension. This is especially important for HIPAA-enabled customers because we cannot receive the Call Queue voicemails directly in our email - we receive a non-playable notification only, and then still have to log into the Call Queue extension to actually hear the voicemail.
