Being limited to sending Group Voicemails to an email only, should be updated to allow for sending Group Voicemails to Multiple extensions. Some users may not have access to email when in remote locations such as mines.

We are not able to view the Add/Edit option of the Co-Recipient. Please see attached pics that show missing Co-Recipient option.
Hi Admin, this feature works great with the exception of not being able to delete the calls from the Shared Voicemailbox. My client does not have a receptionist nor do they have dedicated staff to each phone. When the calls come in they go to the call queue and if a vmail is left, one of the members in that call queue would need to address it and delete it from the queue after it's addressed. Having the ability to delete those messages from the RC App would be the ideal scenario. Thanks!
Hi everyone, happy to say this feature, Managing Shared Voicemails, is being extended to call queues in Summer 2022.
Likewise, it should be possible to send Call Queue voicemail to the extensions of multiple Call Queue members or to give Call Queue members access not only to their own voicemail, but also to the Call Queue voicemail without having to log out of their own extension and log back in as the Call Queue extension. This is especially important for HIPAA-enabled customers because we cannot receive the Call Queue voicemails directly in our email - we receive a non-playable notification only, and then still have to log into the Call Queue extension to actually hear the voicemail.
